Paul Merage School of Business reduces MBA tuition

Ian O. Williamson, dean of the Merage School of Business

The Paul Merage School of Business has announced significant enhancements to its Flex MBA and Executive MBA programs, including tuition reductions of up to 38 percent and a redesigned, AI-integrated curriculum. Tuition fees for the Flex MBA program will now fall below the federal loan cap for graduate business degrees. “This is about access and relevance,” said Ian O. Williamson, dean of the Merage School of Business (above). “We’ve redesigned these programs to reflect today’s economy, where AI, flexibility and return on investment matter, and made them more attainable for professionals ready to advance their career.”

Support for immigration’s benefits

The latest UCI-OC Poll from the School of Social Ecology reveals Orange County residents hold broadly positive but carefully qualified views on immigration, reflecting the county’s deep ties to immigrant communities and its status as one of the nation’s most politically balanced – or “purple” – counties. “What we see in Orange County is a public that resists simple characterization,” said Jon B. Gould, poll director and dean of the School of Social Ecology. “Residents broadly recognize the benefits of immigration and support integrating many undocumented immigrants into society, but they also draw clear lines around enforcement and policy design. This is a pragmatic county.”
